The VMC1000B machining center from SMTCL Americas is designed for effective machining of a variety of materials including composites, aluminum, steel and titanium. This machine comes with a 10,000-rpm, 40-taper spindle; chip conveyor; coolant-through spindle; a 24-position toolchanger; and a FANUC 0i-MD control. The machine’s XYZ travels measure 39.4" × 24" × 25.5".
