Optodyne’s LDS1000HS laser positioning measurement and feedback system is designed to provide high speed, high accuracy and long-range positioning for single- or multiple-axis applications. Intended for ultra-precision stages feedback or calibration with 1-nm resolution, the system features stability of 0.01 ppm, positioning accuracy of 0.1 ppm and a high signal-to-noise ratio.
The system consists of a laser head, processor box, power supply box, retroreflector and cable set.
