Koma Precision Inc. announces the debut of the KMA-60 SmartLoader. The compact, high-mix autoloader for CNC machines is said to simplify machine loading and help maximize production and profitability for manufacturers of all sizes.
The KMA-60 SmartLoader is designed with a user-friendly interface, space-saving footprint and high-mix capability. With up to 60 pre-loaded work pallets, the machine aims to reduce setup times and eliminate downtime between parts, which can enable unattended shifts and increased production.
The KMA-60 SmartLoader’s intuitive interface can enable users to simply define loading positions, programs and part mixes. A comprehensive dashboard can provide a real-time status of all parts, which can provide optimal control throughout the production process.
