An addition to the company’s Ecoline series of fully featured CNC machine tools designed for job shop use, the DMC H Eco is a compact HMC with X-, Y- and Z-axis travels of 22.1" × 23.6" × 23.6"; a 26.8-hp main drive; spindle speeds to 18,000 rpm; rapid traverse to 1,970 ipm; CAT 40 tooling; a 45-position tool magazine; a 15.8" × 15.8" pallet; and a maximum load of 1,102 lbs. The unit will be powered by the Siemens 810D powerline, with full 3D simulation ShopMill software onboard and plain language programming. The HMC will be on display along with 26 other machine tools as well as numerous automation solutions.
