Heavy-Duty Recirculating Ovens
Series 4099 ovens from Lucifer Furnaces are large, high-velocity models for tempering, annealing, stress relieving, shrink fitting and heat treating large workloads. Designed for operation at temperatures ranging to 1,400°F, the ovens are equipped with a roof-mounted alloy recirculating fan to provide a vertical air flow pattern for uniform temperature throughout the chamber.

Designed for operation at temperatures ranging to 1,400°F, the ovens are equipped with a roof-mounted alloy recirculating fan to provide a vertical air flow pattern for uniform temperature throughout the chamber. Louvers balance the airflow and increase velocity into the work chamber, and side-wall heating elements feature heavy-gage, low-watt-density wire coils mounted individually on ceramic rods for easier element replacement.
A stainless steel liner baffles the workload from direct radiation of heating elements, and elements are fully exposed to the airstream to promote faster heating. Constructed of heavy angle iron frame and sheet steel facing, the ovens feature a chamber interior lined with combination of firebrick and block insulation to minimize heat loss. The chamber floor has removable protective hearth plates supporting workloads up to 75 lb/sq ft. All models are equipped with a hand-crank-operated, vertical lift, counterweighted door designed to keep the hot face of the door surface away from the operator. The series is available in 15 standard sizes ranging from 42" × 42" × 42" to 60" × 60" × 72".
