Haimer USA will demonstrate its Haimer Microset VIO Linear presetting machine in booth 5458 at Eastec 2021.
Haimer claims that Microset tool presetting machines reduce set up times by as much as 70 percent and allow machinists to increase machine utilization while also streamlining tool setting processes. Haimer’s Microset uses basic software and a stable cast iron base, supposedly giving machinists accuracy and process reliability. Through Microset, Haimer offers a wide range of tool presetting equipment for a variety of applications and budgets, from entry level machines all the way to fully automated presetting.
