The company’s grooving and face grooving tools have a 0.125" minimum bore diameter and are available in sizes 0.004" through 0.250" in 0.001" increments. The threading tools have a 0.077" minimum bore diameter and can produce up to four threads per inch. Boring tools have a 0.073" minimum bore diameter. All tools are made from impact-resistant, submicronic grain carbide in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" or 1/2" in diameter and are said to be stocked for 24-hour shipment. Custom geometries including radius, lead angles, modified threading and blank geometries are available for shipment from 72 hours, the company says.
