The Junker Group from Erin Junker Machinery offers grinding machines from Junker and Zema with the latest in air-filtration technology from LTA. The Lean Selection speed is a high-speed grinding machine designed for small and medium-size production parts in single- or multiple-shift operations. According to the company, the grinder is a flexible, cost-efficient solution for grinding shaft-type parts, including blanks for cutting tools. Features include cubic boron nitride (cBN) or diamond grinding wheels ranging to 140 m per sec., high-production capacity for peel grinding and simple controls with automation concepts.
Junker also offers Zema’s Numerika-series cylindrical grinding machines for production of workpieces ranging from small fuel injection components to 3.7-m long shafts.
