The Model LC-700HS double-side facing and center drilling machine takes saw cut bar blanks and prepares them to be worked between centers. The machine has four spindles, two for facing the ends of the bar. The other two spindles center drill and chamfer the ends. Each of the four spindles is driven by a 2-hp motor. The spindles move hydraulically. This model can process bars from 0.4" to 4" in diameter and from 5" to 16" in length. Both steel and aluminum bar can be processed. The two center drilling and chamfering heads can be changed to perform other operations such as drilling. Automatic loading and unloading is available as an option.
