Previously available only as custom-built special orders, the BurrFree Drill from the E-Z Burr Tool Company now comes in standard fractional and metric sizes. Suitable for holes with diameters of 0.374" (9.5 mm) and larger, the product is capable of drilling and deburring in one pass.
The drill includes an insert adjustment, which allows users to adjust the chamfer size, as well as a quick-change locking system, which allows users to change inserts in seconds. Both of these operations can be performed without removing the tool from the machine. In addition, worn cutting inserts can be replaced without disposing of other components.
