Allied Machine and Engineering’s i-Form custom indexable drill/form tool system is designed to outperform brazed and solid carbide tooling. The tool’s replaceable cutting edges are said to eliminate the need for re-sharpening brazed tooling.

Users can design complex forms to improve productivity on virtually any style hole. Custom engineered forms can incorporate complex designs with replaceable cutting edges, hold better form tolerance and improve consistency, the company says.
