Leaders-In background

Jorgensen Conveyors’ MunchMan II is designed to manage chips generated by high-speed turning and milling operations. The system uses a twin-stacked conveyor arrangement at the lower curve and through the incline and chip-discharge. The primary and secondary belts run in opposite directions to grab, compact and carry chips up steep inclines, minimizing the risk of jams caused by chip balls tumbling back down the conveyor. The company’s UVS Ecologic Conveyor Control with JamManager functionality also automatically clears minor jams.
