View MoreDigiFabster has added an analytics dashboard to its sales automation and e-commerce platform, enabling users to monitor key business indicators and metrics with configurable data selections and graphs. Company spokespeople describe a clean interface with clear labels, and say tooltip explanations should make navigating the dashboard simple for any type of user.
By default, the dashboard includes analytics such as the conversion rate of models submitted versus orders placed, revenue versus number of orders placed and average revenue per order. Users can customize these using filters for timeframes, sales, materials, customers and more.
In addition to the sales data, the analytics tool will also monitor material usage and consumption for both CNC machining and 3D printing jobs. This functionality also examines overall consumption and percentage of consumption by multiple materials. Users can drill down into the underlying data within the graphs to review any area in detail, and can download data into a separate spreadsheet.
