Scytec’s Operator Data Interface for DataXchange, a machine monitoring system, runs on Windows PCs, iPads, Androids, and Windows 10 tablets as well as on iPhone and Android phones. The interface facilitates shop floor data entry and displays real-time feedback from the machines and the machine monitoring system. It also enables entry of data that the equipment cannot convey, such as planned and unplanned downtimes, part numbers and the current user. Entered data triggers email and text messages and can be displayed on the Real Time Viewer dashboard. Data collected automatically from the equipment is used in conjunction with input from the interface to provide reports and charts.
