For milling operations requiring bur-free finishing of silicon aluminum and cast iron surfaces, the company offers a new line of cutters. These new diamond cartridge cutters are said to feature maximum cutter density using Ultra-Mill milling cutters. The company says that this density, combined with custom edge grinding and honing and selected PCD grades, results in extended tool life, improved surface finish and elimination of exit burs. The milling cutters are available in most standard configurations and can be fabricated custom to user specifications.
