All-Tech Industries’ adjustable disc milling cutters allow operators to use cassettes clamped to the cutting inserts to adjust the groove width to between 14 and 30.5 mm. In addition, the tools can be adjusted to disc mill plain surfaces. Available in diameters ranging from 125 to 315 mm, the cutters are offered with or without flanges and are useful for groove milling and end milling. Inserts for the cutters come in two grades, 8026 and 8040, allowing machining of a range of workpiece materials.
