Glide-Line offers multi-strand panel and pallet-handling conveyor systems designed for the assembly automation industry. According to the company, the modular workhandling systems can be configured based on user requirements and are reliable, flexible and efficient.
The conveyor systems feature a 14-mm drive shaft, 28-mm end roller and 40-tooth drive pulley with 5-mm pitch. A B14 flange motor provides 218 fpm. All rolling elements are supported by precision ball bearings for quiet operation and high load capacity, while T5 timing belts with steel tension members enable positive drive and durability. Multiple mounting drive configurations are available, including AC single, three-phase variations as well as a 24-V DC direct-drive options.
