View MoreHaimer offers its Power collet chucks and clamp series. The Power collet chuck is designed to damp vibration and improve precision for demanding milling operations. Standard ER collets can also be used. The chucks are available with the Safe-Lock system, which uses an extra pull-out safeguard for extreme roughing applications.
Haimer’s Power clamp series uses inductive heat-shrink machines for high speed steel and solid carbide tools. The power Clamp Nano, for instance, uses a horizontal setup for small tools. Two integrated coils enable the use of cutting tools ranging from 3 to 50 mm.
