CNC Grinder Provides High-Efficiency, Compact Design
Now equipped with the OSP-P300G open architecture control, Okuma’s GI-10NII CNC grinder features rigid, high-speed wheel spindles for high-performance production in automated environments.
Now equipped with the OSP-P300G open architecture control, Okuma America Corp.'s GI-10NII CNC grinder features rigid, high-speed wheel spindles for high-performance production in automated environments. Capable of simultaneous two-axis control, the grinder flexibly handles a variety of workpiece shapes in a simple data setting.
Centralized control of lubricating and pneumatic devices eases maintenance, while simplified programming is designed to ease operation.
The GI-10NII is equipped to enhance automation: it is capable of simultaneous dressing and loading, has a fixed workhead construction and greater X-axis travel to create additional space for workpiece loading and unloading.
