The ML series power chucks are offered in three-, two- and single-jaw configurations, with 6” or 8” in size.
The three-jaw version features up to 1” stroke as standard and is useful for gripping workpieces with flanges, which must be swallowed, thus requiring the jaws to open far enough so as to accommodate the larger diameter flange and grip smaller diameter datums.
The MLT two-jaw chuck is suited for square, rectangular or unusually shaped workpieces. The single-jaw MLV incorporates a customized fixed locator or jig.
