TopSolid’Cam 7 from Missler Software is a combined version of the company’s TopSolid’Cam V6 and GOelan V5 programs. According to the company, the software provides the functionality of a fully integrated CAD solution. The program, designed for both shop floors and method departments, requires only one list of postprocessors to be installed, managed and maintained.
The software is said to enable complete machining tolerance management and offer efficient machining cycles. Machining simulation can be completed in a real machine environment, and a G-code view synchronized with tool paths is available. The interface enables the drag-and-drop of tool paths and associated parameters. Total stock management is available during all programming states. The software is available for GOelan users through existing maintenance contracts.
