The 6,000-rpm, 61.6-hp tilt spindle is one of many headstock selections available for this machine. Major components, including the column and X- and Z-axis beds, are made of cast ductile iron. The 1,250- × 1,600-mm pallets, headstock and rotary table housings are gray cast iron. Modular design provides a range of machine travels, 60- to 120-tool ATC magazines and two control choices. Maximum table capacity is 15,400 lbs while linear scale feedback in X, Y and Z axes provide positioning accuracy of 8 microns and repeatability of 5 microns.
