View MoreUnison’s all-electric Breeze machine is suitable for bending tubes and pipes ranging to 2" in diameter. The machine can incorporate multi-radius, multi-stack tooling to create complex tubular part shapes with multiple, tightly-spaced bends. The machine is said to minimize setup time, operator involvement and material scrap. It is well-suited for manufacturers handling high-volume, small-batch production, especially with parts made of specialist materials such as titanium and Inconel, the company says. All of the motion axes feature CNC precision servomotors to facilitate fully automatic setup and ensure accurate, repeatable bending.
Unison will also feature a new version of its EvBend 1000 manually operated CNC tube bender for low-volume manufacturing and prototyping applications, and its Opt2Sim 3D simulation software for bending machines.
