View MoreThe FlexxCool Automated Coolant System keeps CNC machine sumps full and at the correct concentration. It was developed by a high-production manufacturing facility for manufacturing facilities of all sizes in all sectors. Each FlexxCool system can support up to 56 CNC machines.
The recycling add-on incorporates the advantages of UTC (unique top-up concentration) and the FlexxCool mixing process. From an existing holding tank, barrel or tote, this option will use 0-100% of recycled coolant mixed with raw concentrate and water, delivering this custom top-up per machine. The add-on allows shops to customize the amount of recycled coolant while keeping machine sumps at a consistent concentration percentage.
A separate add on is available for facilities that do not recycle coolant but require dual concentrate sources. This is well-suited to facilities that machine various materials or operate with varying cells of machining that require different grades of coolant, according to the company. When the FlexxCool system is incorporated with the dual-concentrate option, each machine in the shop is designated to use concentrate A or B based on its requirements and settings.
The FlexxCool system was designed to replace the manual task of filling coolant to recover time for more valuable work. Its automation allows for lights-out machining while optimizing coolant performance.
