The Women in Manufacturing Association’s (WiM) 14th annual Summit will take place in Boston, Massachusetts, from October 6-9 at the Hynes Convention Center. The WiM Summit will welcome in-person and virtual participation from an estimated 2,000 manufacturing professionals from around the world. The event includes three days of keynote presentations, breakout sessions, plant tours and social events designed to expand attendees’ networks and strengthen the community of women in manufacturing at all levels.

This year’s WiM Summit theme ‘Champion for Success’ celebrates unity, empowerment and inspiration by bringing together women and allies in the manufacturing industry,” says WiM President and founder Allison Grealis. “Hosted in Boston, a city known for its championship sports teams, we aim to draw parallels between the resilience, teamwork and dedication of athletes and the incredible potential within our industry. Together, we are championing a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.”

WiM is the only national trade association dedicated to year-round support for women in the manufacturing sector. The WIM Summit is the highlight of WiM programming calendar.

This year’s WiM Summit will feature keynotes given by leaders representing AstraZeneca, PepsiCo and more. The conference also will deliver 65 educational sessions on topics that include innovation, allyship, operational excellence, caregiving, artificial intelligence, sustainability, leadership and strategic business trends.

In addition, the WiM Summit will offer participants the opportunity to tour 20 manufacturing facilities in the Boston area, including Amgen, Dell Technologies and New Balance.

WiM also will host the 2024 Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame Induction Reception during the Summit to celebrate 10 women who have made exceptional contributions to the industry and to the advancement of women during the course of their careers.

Registration is open for WiM Summit 2024. There are discounted rates for groups of six or more. To learn more about the conference and to register, visit the Summit webpage.
