Wallover Oil Acquires Commonwealth Oil

Wallover Oil Company (Strongsville, Ohio), a supplier of metalworking fluids and industrial lubricants, has acquired Commonwealth Oil (Harrow, Ontario, Canada).  Commonwealth’s success in the Canadian metalworking fluid market, particularly in the EDM and tube-forming segments, will help Wallover as it works to expand its North American metalworking business, says Eric Kielts, company president.

Commonwealth’s success in the Canadian metalworking fluid market, particularly in the EDM and tube-forming segments, will help Wallover as it works to expand its North American metalworking business, says Eric Kielts, company president. Wallover plans to keep the Commonwealth operation intact and retain all the latter company’s employees and distributors.
