Vollmer of America Under New Leadership

Peter Allen has been appointed president of Vollmer of America (Carnegie, Pennsylvania). Allen has been the managing director of Vollmer UK for the past six years and has held various other positions with the firm. Former president Ralf Kraemer has left the company for an opportunity in an unrelated field.

 

Vollmer recently completed the installation of the first QXD400 machine for NAP Gladu (Marieville, Quebec). The QXD series is designed for metalworking and aerospace applications.
