Vero Acquires Sescoi International

Software provider Vero Software (Gloucestersire, United Kingdom) has acquired Sescoi International (Southfield, Michigan), an industry specialist for 2D to five-axis NC machining known for its WorkNC product suite. Vero will continue to invest in the WorkNC product line and incorporate existing Sescoi partners and resellers into its network.  The acquisition will enable global distribution of the technology.
