Techni Waterjet’s equity partner, the ANCA Group (Wixom, Michigan), has elected to take up an option that will increase its stake in the Lenexa, Kansas-based company to 40 percent. The increase will take place over the next two years, with further options to develop an even closer partnership in the future.
The capital raised through this growing partnership enables Techni to expand its presence and support services in the United States and Europe as well as emerging markets in the Americas in Asia.
