Sandvik Coromant (Fair Lawn, New Jersey) has joined the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT), a nonprofit organization in East Hartford, Connecticut that focuses on workforce development and efficiency-boosting initiatives for public and private entities. In collaboration with the organization’s Advanced Manufacturing Center, the cutting tool manufacturer will offer technical support and expertise to area manufacturers seeking to solve difficult machining challenges and improve global competitiveness.
