Sandvik Coromant, Hanna Tools Sign Cooperation Agreement
The deal consolidates previous ties between the companies to better address the automotive industry.
Sandvik Coromant (Fair Lawn, New Jersey) has signed a cooperation agreement with Hanna Tools (Limeira, Brazil) with an aim at the global automotive industry, principally the machining of aluminum and cast iron. Both companies currently supply tools to automotive manufacturers. The deal represents a supplier partnership as well as a cooperative development agreement.
“The existing cooperation between Sandvik Coromant and Hanna Tools has led to new business opportunities, and with this partnership, we intend to further develop and strengthen the global business within the automotive segment,” says Klas Forsström, Sandvik president.
