Romi Appoints General Manager for U.S. Market

Previously a branch manager in Brazil, Rafael Boldorini now oversees operations, marketing, sales, and customer support in the U.S. market.

Romi has named Rafael Boldorini general manager of the Brazilian company’s U.S. operations, Romi Machine Tools Ltd. (Romi USA). Mr. Boldorini has been with the company since 2004 and is now responsible for all operations, marketing, sales, and customer support in the U.S. market.

Mr. Boldorini started with Romi in 2004 after graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering. He pursued an MBA in business management and an MBA in marketing while working as a trainee and then as a salesperson and eventually branch manager. 

“My goal is to build a stronger brand presence in the U.S. market and to show customers here in the States what we sometimes refer to as the ‘The Romi Difference’,” says Mr. Boldorini. “Our unique machine tool solutions are helping improve manufacturing productivity and efficiency at thousands of customer locations around the world. I’m proud to work for a company that takes such great pride in the quality that is built into each and every machine.”
