Lapmaster Group Holdings LLC acquired the Peter Wolters Group (Rendsburg, Germany) on July 2, 2014. According to the companies, the acquisition will strengthen and expand service and support capabilities. Existing quotes and contracts made with either company will remain in effect, and facility contacts will not be changed as a result of the merger.
