Okuma Announces New Standard Warranties on Machines, Controls
The standard warranty now includes coverage for all Okuma core and high-tech products as well as OSP and FANUC controls.
Okuma America Corp. has announced new standard warranty programs for new machine tool purchases. The standard warranty now includes coverage for all Okuma core and high-tech products as well as OSP and FANUC controls.
The core product lineup features a standard three-year machine warranty and a five-year warranty on Okuma OSP controls. Core products include:
- Genos horizontal lathes
- LB3000 EX II horizontal lathes
- LB4000 EX II lathes
- Genos vertical machining centers
- MB-4000H horizontal machining centers
- MB-5000H horizontal machining centers
The high-tech product lineup comes with a standard two-year machine warranty and a five-year warranty on Okuma OSP controls. These products include:
- All non-core horizontal lathes
- All vertical lathes
- All non-core horizontal machining centers
- All non-core vertical machining centers
- All grinders
- All double-column machining centers
All FANUC-controlled machines now come with a two-year warranty for the machine and control. Warranties for Okuma products also include one year of labor coverage.
