Norman Hay Acquires SIFCO ASC

The Norman Hay Group (Coventry, UK) has acquired SIFCO ASC from SIFCO Industries (Cleveland, Ohio). The acquisition includes SIFCO ASC operations in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Sweden. SIFCO ASC is a manufacturer and supplier of process equipment and associated chemicals for selective electroplating and anodizing.
