The National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) has launched nimsready.org, a website catering to employers seeking to fill job openings. The website provides information, tools and how-to guides to help employers learn about and implement credentials at their companies. The site also includes resources on training programs and NIMS-certified talent, implementing training and credentialing within companies, and integrating NIMS skills standards and credentials into human resources practices.
