Methods Machine Tools Adds Maruka
The company has added a new dealer as well as a product manager for its Yasda line.
Methods Machine Tools (Sudbury, Mass.) has added Maruka USA to its dealer network. Headquartered in Pine Brook, N.J., Maruka will represent Methods’ Nakamura, FANUC RoboDrill, Kiwa, Feeler and Yasda lines in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and parts of New York. Maruka’s strong presence in the Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions complements Methods’ coverage in these markets, the companies say.
In other news, Methods has appointed James “Steve” Previti manager of its Yasda product line. Mr. Previti previously served as sales engineer at Able Machine Tools. In his position with Methods, he will create and execute the company’s North America sales strategy for the line of machining centers and jig borers.
