Komet Service Partner Achieves Women’s Business Certification
Owned and led by Vonda Jones, CountyLine Tool was Komet of America’s first U.S. member of its Service Partner program.
Komet of America’s original U.S. Komet Service Partner, CountyLine Tool (East Peoria, Illinois), has been officially recognized as a Women’s Business Enterprise. This certification is awarded by the Women’s Business National Enterprise Council, a not-for-profit organization. The certification provides opportunities such as work with companies and government agencies that have procurement diversity initiatives.
Vonda Jones, CountyLine Tool president, expressed excitement at the certification, saying, “This certification has been a two-year journey, and I’ve worked very hard to get this, determined not to quit until I succeeded.”
