Komet Opens Canadian Subsidiary

Cutting tool manufacturer Komet of America (Schaumburg, Illinois) has opened a new subsidiary, Komet of Canada Tooling Solutions ULC. David Toomey, who has been appointed president of the subsidiary, has more than 15 years of experience in the cutting tool industry, including stints with Seco Tools Canada, SGS Tool, Iscar and Pillar Engineering.
