KMC Global Acquires CDM Systems

KMC Global (Kalamazoo, Michigan), the parent company of PRAB, has acquired CDM Systems. Headquartered in Elk River, Minnesota, CDM Systems is a manufacturer of heavy-duty, large-volume conveyors designed for mining, cement and other heavy industrial applications. The company will continue to operate under the CDM Systems brand name and maintain its own structure, while benefiting from the shared resources and technology advances of the KMC group of companies.
