Hypertherm Acquires AccuStream

Waterjet cutting products manufacturer AccuStream (New Brighton, Minnesota) has been acquired by Hypertherm (Hanover, New Hampshire), a producer of advanced cutting systems. Hypertherm does not plan to make any major changes to AccuStream’s operations. Instead, AccuStream products will complement Hypertherm’s existing plasma and fiber laser cutting technologies.
