Hexagon, Hartwig Announce Partnership

Metrology supplier Hexagon Metrology (North Kingstown, Rhode Island) and machine tool distributor Hartwig (St. Louis, Missouri) have signed an agreement to form a strategic partnership. Hartwig’s eight regional offices will become authorized distributors of Hexagon’s dimensional measurement products across a 14-state territory in the central and mountain United States. The companies says the partnership will allow them to more effectively serve the increasingly sophisticated requirements of that area’s aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, wind power and heavy machinery manufacturing markets.
