Heller Machine Tools Wins General Motors 2017 Supplier of the Year Award
It’s the second consecutive year the machine tool manufacturer has received the award.
Heller Machine Tools has been given the General Motors 2017 Supplier of the Year Award in the category of Indirect Material and Machinery. The award specifically recognized Heller’s RFK and DRZ series of crankshaft machines being used by General Motors (GM) in its manufacturing plants. Heller was the only metalcutting machine tool company chosen for the Supplier of the Year Award for 2017.
This is the second consecutive year Heller has received the award.
GM has over 20,000 suppliers globally. For 2017, 132 of them were presented with awards in 11 categories, the criteria focusing on quality, innovation, delivery, performance, safety, commercials and customer support.
