First U.S. Komet Service Partner Named

Komet of America (Chicago, Illinois) has named CountyLine Tool (East Peoria, Illinois) its first licensed Komet Service partner in North America. CountyLine Tool, a manufacturer and refurbisher of cutting tools, will be a one-stop shop for Komet customers. The company will provide Komet tools along with local service and support for the products. This partnership will expand CountyLine Tool’s product and service portfolio while enhancing Komet’s brand presence and bringing the company closer to its customers.

 

The Komet Service model is already in use in Europe, with more than 15 service partners in four countries. The model is designed to provide Komet products and services to customers on a local level. Komet plans to license several additional North American service partners in 2013.
