Fastems Appoints Nathan Turner President
Turner brings over 30 years of automation experience to his role as president of U.S. operations at the CNC automation and software company.
Fastems LLC, a company that develops intelligent CNC automation and software for high-mix, low-volume manufacturers, named Nathan Turner president of its U.S. operations. Turner brings over 30 years of automation experience. The company says he is motivated, energized and positioned to lead growth and expansion in North, Central and South America. He will oversee sales, engineering and support teams in this region.
Turner comes from Rockwell Automation where he held several leadership roles, including director of business development; director of integrated architecture – EMEA and director of product development. Prior to that, Turner was with Beijer Electronics as director sales, marketing and product management of the Americas. His other engineering and management positions include those with Miller Electric, Automation Inc., Mitsubishi Electric and Yasakawa America.

Turner holds a BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University, and has taken focused courses in product management, distribution, sales, marketing and finance. He often speaks to international audiences on engineering and advanced factory topics, Fastems states.
