Esab Parent Company Acquires Victor Technologies Holdings

Colfax Corp., parent company of Florence, South Carolina-based Esab, has completed its acquisition of Victor Technology Holdings Inc. Victor is a manufacturer of cutting, gas control and specialty welding solutions. Combined with Esab’s welding consumables, welding and cutting equipment, and automation offerings, the acquisition is expected to expand Esab’s portfolio for new market segments and applications.
