ESAB Opens New Manufacturing Facility

ESAB Welding and Cutting Products (Florence, South Carolina) has opened a new manufacturing facility in Union County, South Carolina. The move to Union County represents an increase in production capacity and the transfer of lines that were being manufactured overseas, the company says. The 260,000-square-foot plant houses production of the company’s high-performance MIG and submerged arc welding wires as well as two new production lines for its premium-brand AristoRod and copper-coated wires.
