Ellison Names New CEO, CFO
Ellison Technologies has announced that effective April 1, 2009, Tim Kilty will become Chief Executive Officer and Ed Bunyea will become Vice President of Finance. The two will replace Jim Ellison and Chuck Cusumano, respectively, both of whom will continue to serve in an advisory capacity and remain members on the board of directors. Mr.

Ellison Technologies has announced that effective April 1, 2009, Tim Kilty will become Chief Executive Officer and Ed Bunyea will become Vice President of Finance. The two will replace Jim Ellison and Chuck Cusumano, respectively, both of whom will continue to serve in an advisory capacity and remain members on the board of directors.
Mr. Kilty has served as COO of Ellison and chairman of the executive committee for five years. He began his career in 1984 as president of Ellison’s Midwest operations and has more than 38 years of machine tool sales and management experience.
Mr. Bunyea joined Ellison in 2002 as corporate controller for the companies Midwest Region and National Business Group. He has 30 years of financial experience working for both private and publicly held corporations.
