DMG/Mori Seiki has expanded 360 Support, a service package included in every machine tool purchase. The package includes a 2-year warranty; a 24-hour parts shipment guarantee; the company’s Qualified Products Program; certified spindle rebuilding, DMG/Mori Seiki University training; and both local and national telephone support. The company also notes that the expansion of its Field Service Trainee Program will increase the quantity of skilled service personnel.
