Machine tool builders DMG and Mori Seiki say their joint appearance at EMO 2011 symbolizes their cooperation as they prepare to pool sales and services in Europe. EMO, the world’s largest manufacturing trade show, took place September 19-24 in Hannover, Germany.
As announced in late July, the partners plan to establish a joint company for all European markets except Germany. The new holding will control all sales and service activities of the DMG/Mori Seiki European companies. Stuttgart will continue to be the DMG/Mori Seiki control center for the German market.
